Tom Turelinckx (°1979)
General Manager
Tom holds a Master in Industrial Sciences (M.Sc.) degree from KH Kempen, where he graduated with greatest distinction. His master thesis, supported by a traineeship at Alcatel Corporate Research Center, was a final candidate for the Egemin prize.
Before founding Twiska, Tom worked as a software consultant at the Cronos Group for more than seven years, serving as technical architect and lead developer on various projects at the European Commission, as well as other assignments at different companies.
Tom is an Oracle certified DBA at OCP level, an IBM certified Enterprise Developer, a Sun certified Programmer, Web Component Developer, Business Component Developer and System Administrator for Solaris, as well as holder of the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, amongst other technical qualifications.
Over the past two years, Tom successfully completed postgraduate studies in Business Administration and postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance, both at the University of Leuven.

Steven De Gryse (°1967)
Non-executive director
Steven holds a Master of Agricultural Engineering and a Master of Eremology degree, both from the University of Gent, Faculty of Bioscience Engineering. At the end of his studies, he was awarded the “De Boodt-Maselis for Eremology Prize” from the “Foundation De Boodt-Maselis for promotion of studies and research in Eremology” for outstanding scholarly and social achievements.
At the beginning of his career, Steven worked for the University of Gent as a scientific collaborator on long term missions abroad. He was responsible for setting up pedological laboratories, leading field research projects and managing teams of local staff in Tunisia and the People's Republic of China.
Ten years ago, Steven gave a new orientation to his professional career, and after having followed an IT training programme, started to work for the Cronos Group. During various missions at the European Commission, he evolved from database developer towards trainer, team leader and project manager. Since a few years and in addition to his consultancy work, Steven is actively involved in following and reviewing employees' career development for the Belgian branch of Cronos International.

Winnewald Dejonckheere (°1967)
Non-executive director
Winnewald graduated as a Master of Agricultural Engineering at the University of Gent in 1990.
First working for different building companies, he obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate at the University of Leuven in 1995, and started up his own real estate development company and engineering office.
In 2002 he left the company and founded AM Norman, a consultancy office in quality management systems mainly active in food and feed. AM Norman now counts 6 FTEs and is quickly gaining market share as a no-nonsense provider of quality management solutions.
In 2003, Winnewald successfully completed the Lloyds LRQA ISO9001 lead auditor course and subscribed as a GMP lead auditor. In 2009 he completed the Lloyds LRQA ISO22000 lead auditor training.
